Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using UpScore IELTS, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Account registration

  • You must provide accurate information when registering (name, email, phone number).
  • Accounts are subject to admin approval and are not automatically active upon registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
  • One account per person. Do not share your account credentials.

Permitted use

UpScore IELTS is for personal, non-commercial IELTS preparation only. You may:
  • Access practice tests and review your results.
  • Book and attend speaking evaluation sessions (subject to your plan).
  • Join live Zoom masterclasses included with your subscription.

Prohibited use

You may not:
  • Share, distribute, or reproduce any test content or questions.
  • Record or redistribute live class sessions without explicit written permission.
  • Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform.
  • Use the platform on behalf of another person or for commercial tutoring purposes.

Payments and refunds

  • Payments are processed manually via WhatsApp. All prices are shown in NPR and USD.
  • Plans are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts.
  • Refunds are issued for duplicate charges, an incorrect tier purchase, or a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your plan. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
  • Refund eligibility is determined case-by-case by our team; refunds are not available simply for changing your mind after a plan has been used.

Speaking sessions

Speaking evaluation sessions are scheduled by the admin team and linked to a completed mock test attempt. Sessions not attended without 24-hour advance notice may be forfeited and counted against your plan allowance.

Intellectual property

All test content, questions, band descriptors, lesson materials, and platform design are the intellectual property of UpScore IELTS. IELTS is a registered trademark of its respective owners. UpScore IELTS is not affiliated with British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English.

Limitation of liability

UpScore IELTS provides estimated band scores and feedback for preparation purposes only. We make no guarantee of specific exam results. Use of the platform is at your own risk. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on platform content.
